Visiting Immanuel

Whether you are coming for Sunday school, Morning Worship, or Sunday night our visitor center is here to help point you in the right direction. Do you have kids and want to put them in the nursery and you don't know where to go? Do you have a teenager you want to get plugged into a vibrant youth group? Or are you a young single or newlywed couple that just wants to be a part of a great church? Our visitor center has friendly people to show you where to go and what to do!

From I 95 South or I-95 North
Take I-95 to I-195 South (Powhite Parkway). Stay on I-195 approximately 1 mile. Exit on the Broad Street/Hamilton Street ramp. Take a right as you exit the ramp. Go to the second traffic light which is Monument Avenue. Turn left at the light. The church will be immediately on your right after you go over the bridge. Take the first driveway to go around the back of the church to our Welcome Center. Take the second driveway to go to our church offices.

From 64 West
Take 64 West (it joins with I-95 for a brief stretch in Richmond) to the exit marked "I-64 Charlottesville and I-195 Powhite Parkway" After taking this exit stay in the left lane making a second exit onto "I-195 Downtown". Stay on I-195 approximately 1 mile. Exit on the Broad Street/Hamilton Street ramp. Take a right as you exit the ramp. Go to the second traffic light which is Monument Avenue. Turn left at the light. The church will be immediately on your right after you go over the bridge. Take the first driveway to go around the back of the church to our Welcome Center. Take the second driveway to go to our church offices.

From 64 East
Take 64 East to the I-195 "Powhite" Exit. Follow the signs carefully to remain on I-195 Powhite. Stay on I-195 approximately 1 mile. Exit on the Broad Street/Hamilton Street ramp. Take a right as you exit the ramp. Go to the second traffic light which is Monument Avenue. Turn left at the light. The church will be immediately on your right after you go over the bridge. Take the first driveway to go around the back of the church to our Welcome Center. Take the second driveway to go to our church offices.

From I-195 North coming from Southside
Take I-195 North to the "Patterson/Grove Avenue" Exit. Go left off of the exit which will put you on Thompson Street. Go through the three stoplights and past the field and the church will on your left. Turn into the larger parking lot (the first lot you come to) to come to our Welcome Center, or the second smaller one on the other side of the church to go to the church offices.
